-    Free cancellations can be made up to 14 days before the check-in date, cancellations made within 14 days of arrival are not subject to a refund and the full booking amount will be charged.
-    In the event of a no-show, the reservation will be cancelled and the full booking amount, including taxes and service charges, will be charged.
